Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore is hiring a DAE Production Engineer to lead production engineering initiatives and drive complex projects within the Data Analytics & Engineering division of the Data Technology and Architecture Department.

The role requires strong leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to partner with data science and product management teams to deliver enterprise data science platforms on secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years delivering enterprise data science or big data platforms in public service or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead production engineering initiatives within DAE.
• Establish best practices, day 2 operations, methodologies, and standards across MAS.
• Collaborate with DS and PM to host data science products on EDSPs.
• Present proposals and business cases to senior leadership.
• Translate complex concepts for management and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with MAS objectives.
• Stay updated on new methods and technologies.
