Job summary

MAS is seeking a DAE Production Engineer in Singapore to lead production engineering initiatives and deliver complex projects within the Data Analytics & Engineering division. You will drive best practices, coordinate with a skilled team, and align with MAS objectives to ensure scalable, secure, enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–10 years delivering enterprise data platforms in public service or financial services.
• Experience with Python and data app development; knowledge of networking and cloud services.
• Familiarity with MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD and container technologies (Gitlab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Awareness of cybersecurity risks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Be a technically skilled leader grounded on best practices.
• Be accountable for and drive production engineering initiatives with a team of skilled production engineers.
• Be directly responsible for the delivery of complex production engineering projects within DAE.
• Establish production engineering best practices, day 2 operating models, methodologies, and standards across team and MAS.
• Collaborate effectively with DAE's DS and PM teams to translate and host data science products on EDSPs owned and managed by the PE team.
• Provide regular updates to management on key engineering initiatives, risk and resource requirements.
