Job summary

BNB Chain is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for core developer and ecosystem products. The role operates at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, and AI-native apps, delivering impact for millions of users and thousands of developers globally.

You will work with engineering, BD, research, and ecosystem partners to ship high-impact products and own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in Web3 / blockchain.
• Proven track record of shipping products on a major chain.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable requirements.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for ecosystem verticals (DeFi, payments, AI, stablecoins, RWA).
• Write PRDs and user stories; set success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, BD, marketing, and ecosystem teams.
