Job summary

Binance is building the core Agent capabilities and a rich Skill ecosystem. We’re seeking a Product Manager with strong AI and Web3 background to drive Agent product design, the Harness evaluation framework, end-to-end task validation, and continual iteration across Binance Agentic.

You will align engineering, business, operations, and partner teams to ship Agent-powered products, understand capability boundaries of AI Agents, and apply them to Web3 and exchange business scenarios with ownership

Qualifications

• Experience in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic, including task flows, interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and feedback loops.
• Build and maintain the Harness framework — define test scenarios, evaluation criteria, curate task sets, analyze performance, and drive iteration recommendations.
• Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to translate business requirements into production-ready specs.
• Map high-value Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other Binance lines.
• Stay current on AI Agent, MCP, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation developments; translate into executable initiatives.
• Define and track Agent performance metrics: task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, quality, tool-calling accuracy.
• Identify issues from real-world Agent usage and drive improvements across product, engineering, and operations.
