Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced product leader to define, build, and scale world-class crypto trading features and financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in exchange systems, blockchain security, and fintech compliance, with a proven ability to deliver innovative, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for trading features, including spot, futures, options, and margin trading.
• Conduct competitive analysis of top exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit) to identify gaps and market opportunities.
• Develop innovative trading tools to enhance liquidity, execution quality, and user engagement.
• Lead improvements to the order matching engine and trading UI/UX.
• Implement advanced trading features such as stop-loss/take-profit, TWAP orders, and portfolio margin.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize exchange infrastructure, including matching engines, risk management systems, and API performance.
• Partner with quantitative teams to design algorithmic trading products.
• Architect and deploy tiered KYC/AML systems with real-time risk monitoring and comprehensive audit reporting.
• Drive virtual card product development, integrating crypto-to-fiat solutions with Visa/Mastercard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building crypto trading systems, wallets, or fintech infrastructure.
• Proven track record with:
  ✓ Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
  ✓ Exchange products (Spot, Futures, C2C)
  ✓ Blockchain security models (multi-sig, cold storage)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and financial product security.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable to liaise in Business Chinese to stakeholders stationed in China.
