Job summary

Airwallex in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Regulatory Reporting, to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our regulatory reporting capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into scalable, automated, and audit‑ready reporting solutions, leveraging advanced SQL and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience with data-intensive products.
• Strong domain knowledge in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or fintech infrastructure.
• Advanced SQL skills mandatory for data querying and validation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for regulatory reporting across key markets.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and scalable designs.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to anticipate changes and implement timely updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to build automated, audit-ready reporting pipelines.
• Define data models, governance, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Meet regulatory audits as the product point of contact.
