Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and related surfaces. You’ll own KYC, account opening, activation, referral mechanics, and time-to-first-value, shaping a growth platform within a regulated fintech context.

You’ll lead onboarding capabilities across products, partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing and Trading, and steer a roadmap with independence while aligning with regulatory requirements and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience owning consumer onboarding and growth in a fintech or regulated product.
• Shipped account opening or KYC improvements in a regulated environment.
• Ability to extend shared onboarding capabilities across products/markets.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine (activation, referrals, incentives).
• Instrument and improve the funnel (identify drop-offs, implement interventions).
• Extend onboarding capabilities across platforms/products.
• Own a meaningful trading slice and connect onboarding to first trade.
• Lead across functions (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Trading).
