Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to develop and manage digital government products that enhance services and citizens’ lives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product lifecycle, market research, KPI alignment, and close collaboration with design and engineering. A strong background in agile methods and data-driven decision-making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences.
