Job summary

OKX is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to shape compliance-driven on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes. You will craft a roadmap, collaborate with product, legal, operations, and QA to embed compliance into development and launch new features.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of product management experience; designing/building compliance systems (KYC, sanction screening, monitoring) is a plus.
Strong understanding of crypto industry risks and compliance considerations.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for resources in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication; translate strategy to actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for on-chain deposit/withdrawal processes.
Stay updated on crypto/blockchain developments and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Conduct competitor/user research and analyze data to identify pains and opportunities.
Define clear product requirements and user stories with engineering and design teams.
Champion a user-centric, secure experience across the deposit/withdrawal journey.
Monitor KPI metrics related to on-chain transactions and drive improvements.
