Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and operations of Data & AI platforms and digital products at a central location in Singapore.

This contract role requires collaboration with data teams, engineers, AI specialists and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. You will drive the product vision, manage end-to-end lifecycle, translate requirements into stories, and work with multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT PM, Business Analysis or AI product delivery.
Experience managing data, analytics or AI-related products and platforms, and working with engineers and data teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities for Data & AI platforms and digital products.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to ongoing operations.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and technical delivery plans.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, software engineers and designers to enhance platform capabilities.
Support delivery of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI-enabled products, automation tools and services.
Drive experimentation and improvements based on user feedback, metrics and outcomes.
Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, service performance and data quality indicators.
Coordinate data collection, analytics, reporting and governance frameworks with data teams.
Oversee reliability, incident management, maintenance and upgrades of live platforms.
Coordinate security, compliance and technology assurance activities (VAPT, code reviews, testing).
Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, privacy and audit requirements.
Manage budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors and procurement.
Drive adoption of new Data & AI capabilities through stakeholder engagement and training.
