Job summary

The TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility, and compliance requirements, while providing the best user experience to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. We focus on building infrastructure and user-facing tools that uphold data transparency, empower user control, and earn trust at scale. As part of this team, you'll help shape the future of privacy on one of the world's most influential platforms, balancing regulatory demands with innovation and usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for TikTok's user-facing data subject right tools, enabling users to manage their data securely and efficiently;
• Partner with Legal, Policy, Engineering, and UX teams to define system requirements, API contracts, and user flows that ensure both compliance and usability;
• Drive cross-platform and cross-region alignment, adapting portability solutions to different regulatory, technical, and product contexts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on platform products/Platform Governance, covering areas such as data governance, Policy Center, and Consent Center;
• Strong communication and documentation skills, especially when navigating legal, technical, and policy constraints;
• Comfort with data-informed product design and basic familiarity with privacy and compliance concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching or managing products related to user data access;
• Understanding of privacy regulations and frameworks.
