Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape Checkout and Post-Order Fulfilment. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, logistics and commercial teams to define the roadmap and drive growth.

From discovery to delivery, you will identify friction, run experiments, and translate insights into product improvements that enhance customer experience and business metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience of around 7 years or morebuilding and improving consumer-facing digital products, with the ability to independently own a product area and drive its roadmap.
• Experience in Checkout, Payments, Post-Order, Fulfilment, Logistics or other transaction-heavy journeys.
• Experience running A/B experiments with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business metrics.
• Ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps using data insights and high-level architectures.
• Obsessed with user experience and collaboration with designers.
• Experience balancing qualitative and quantitative data with strong product judgment.
• Strong leadership, influence, and agile team experience.
