Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Accommodation team to own content matching strategy and execution. You will ensure content sourced from multiple suppliers is matched and enriched to maximize supply quality.

You will develop AI-powered matching and content enhancement approaches, collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations to improve precision and coverage at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management in data-intensive domains.
• Experience with content or catalog matching in marketplace businesses.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to improve product outcomes.
• Strong education in data science, CS, ML, or experimentation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous data-quality problems into a prioritized roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own accuracy and coverage of content matching across supplier sources.
• Develop LLM-based matching and content enhancement strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Content Operations, Customer Care, and Account Management teams.
• Develop agentic AI products to improve content operations productivity.
• Define and track metrics for matching quality and delivery cadence.
• Prioritize model improvements with engineering and data science teams.
