Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking a product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of the Agent Runtime platform for global customers including enterprise partners and developers.

You will work with engineering to translate customer needs into clear requirements, grow the developer ecosystem, and drive international adoption with PLG and enterprise sales thinking.

Fluent English and a strong technical foundation are highly valued as you lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years in product management or technical product roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Agent Infrastructure.
• Experience with AI/Agent infrastructure, developer tools, cloud services, and PLG/enterprise sales.
• Experience building developer ecosystems or DevRel and understanding developer journeys.
• Fluent English; writing product docs or blogs a plus.

Job description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of Tencent Cloud Agent Runtime, serving foundation model providers, Agent service providers, and enterprise customers across industries, while defining differentiated product positioning and strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the key pain points developers face when building with Agent Infra, continuously improve the developer experience, and help grow the developer ecosystem.
• Lead the international product strategy, including global and standalone site offerings, track the global Agent Infra landscape, and drive the product toward broader international adoption.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs, developer feedback, and market trends into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant product management or technical product experience.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Agent Infrastructure, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers at the architecture and system-design level.
• Experience in AI/Agent infrastructure, developer tools, cloud services, or related technical products, with a solid understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and enterprise sales.
• Experience building developer ecosystems or working in Developer Relations (DevRel), with a strong understanding of developer journeys, adoption paths, and developer experience.
• Strong global perspective and familiarity with Agent Infra products and global market. Fluent spoken English is required; experience writing English product documentation, technical blogs, or presentation is a plus.
• Strong technical foundation and independent technical judgment. Comfortable with vibe coding and using AI Agents to reshape and accelerate end-to-end product workflows.
