OKX Group in Singapore is seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager for Advanced Trading (Spot/Derivatives/Crypto Trading). You will lead product strategy and growth across crypto trading products, partnering with engineering, design, and risk teams to deliver user-centric experiences.
The role requires deep crypto trading domain knowledge, strong data analytics, and a proven record of regulatory-sensitive launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management for crypto trading platforms or financial infrastructure.
- Domain expert on derivatives products (perpetuals/futures/options) and trading workflows.
- Strong understanding of liquidity economics, risk frameworks, and fee strategy.
- Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches with regulatory/compliance teams.
- Proven ability to work with institutional clients, market makers, and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale crypto assets trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options.
- Define product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, risk, legal).
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Improve trading UX with modular layouts, order tickets, and charting enhancements.
- Collaborate with liquidity providers to optimize spreads, depth, and fill-rates.
- Ensure regulatory alignment and risk controls across the platform.
