Illumina is seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong embedded systems expertise to support product transfers, NPIs, and sustaining engineering. You will drive wiring, firmware integration, and PCB development while coordinating with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves leading root cause investigations, implementing improvements, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced biotech environment at our Singapore site.

Qualifications

• Requires strong embedded systems knowledge and hardware–firmware integration.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and BOM management.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (EMC/EMI, safety) and design reviews.

Responsabilités

• Support embedded system integration and verification during NPIs and ramp-up.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware and firmware issues.
• Coordinate testing, validation plans, and design reviews across teams.
