Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a data science professional to apply advanced analytics, ML, and agentic AI to NAND product engineering challenges from NPI to HVM. You will develop data-driven solutions that improve yield, reliability, defectivity, and test time.

You will mentor Citizen Data Scientists, collaborate with Fab, NAND Tech Development, and Quality, and drive data-backed decisions that advance product releases and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Data Science with 3+ years of AI/ML experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with ML models for structured/tabular data, including regression and tree-based models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive and diagnostic ML models to improve yield, reliability, and test time.
• Design agentic AI solutions to automate Product Engineering workflows and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Tech Development, NAND Design, Test Solutions, Quality, and System teams to drive data-backed decisions.
