Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/CS/Data Science.
• 3+ years AI/ML work experience.
• Strong Python and ML libraries experience.
• Experience with structured/tabular data ML models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive and diagnostic ML models for yield, reliability, and test time.
• Mentor Citizen Data Scientists within Product Engineering.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, Test Solutions, Quality/Reliability, and System teams to drive data-backed decisions.
