Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping web and mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, visual and interaction skills.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers and researchers.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern design systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently own an end-to-end product surface, setting vision and principles; craft intuitive user experiences.
• Articulate design decisions using user insights and data; align cross-functional partners.
• Plan and run research; incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights; validate concepts.
• Create reusable components and evolve the design system to keep experiences coherent.
• Collaborate with development partners to ensure design quality in implementation.
