Job summary

Syfe Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Designer based in Singapore to own design problems end-to-end—from framing ambiguous challenges to shipping high-quality experiences.

You will align stakeholders, craft world-class patterns, and extend the design system with reusable components while collaborating closely with engineers and product managers. You will apply strong visuals and interaction skills, leveraging AI tools to work smarter without compromising craft, in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping web and Android / iOS apps in eCommerce, SaaS or other online businesses.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work with examples of excellent UX, visual and interaction skills and craft.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with good judgement in typography, layout, hierarchy, consistency, and interaction details.
• High proficiency in Figma - on design and prototyping. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently own an end-to-end product surface, feature area, setting the vision and principles for it. Craft powerful and intuitive user experiences.
• Clearly articulate design decisions, leveraging user insights and data to align cross-functional partners, and carry the product process forward. Argue for the user and commit to what the team aligns on.
• Plan and run the research you need, incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights and leverage experimentation frameworks to validate concepts. Drive follow-ups reading what worked in shipped features and what moved the metrics.
• Create durable, reusable components and design patterns that evolve the design system, helping other designers accelerate their design process and keep experiences consistent & coherent for the user.
• Work alongside development partners to ensure design quality in implementation and process improvements.

The Right Profile

The Senior Product Designer is key to shaping the product experience at Syfe. Based in Singapore, this role will own design problems end-to-end — from framing ambiguous challenges and aligning stakeholders, to delivering work that meets a high bar of craft and usability. The ideal candidate adapts your process to the problem at hand, goes beyond design into content, research, and metrics, and cares deeply about outcomes over output. You'll bring a sharp eye for world-class design patterns, use AI to work smarter without sacrificing thinking, and thrive in fast-paced environments where the roadmap is built, not handed to them.
