Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Chat Experience to shape the crypto user journey for a global audience. You will collaborate with product managers, researchers and engineers to turn ideas into polished, user-centered designs.

Work includes wireframes, flows, hi-fi mocks and interactive prototypes, plus contributing to design systems and brand-aligned solutions across channels. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience designing chat or messaging features for consumer apps.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive experience innovation on socially-driven and interaction-heavy feature, elevating user experience and foster meaningful connections—ultimately boosting user adoption and engagement.
• Partner closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define core problems and deliver user-centered design solutions—taking them from concept to polished execution.
• Contribute to the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
• Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership
• Consistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, presentations and by facilitating design thinking workshops
