Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Chat Experience to shape the crypto user journey. You will craft intuitive, trustworthy, and visually appealing interfaces for chat features, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and brand to align on vision and execution.

You will own end-to-end design deliverables—from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes—while maintaining pixel-perfect detail and contributing to design thinking workshops across

Qualifications

• Experience in designing visually or engaging consumer-facing chat experience or instant messaging features.
• Strong ownership and growth mindset with initiative and curiosity.
• Experience designing for chat, social, or user-to-user interaction features.
• Deep expertise in visual/UI design with attention to pixel-perfect details.
• Innovative mindset with clear, creative problem solving.
• Strong design judgment to shape holistic user journeys.
• 3+ years collaborating in cross-functional tech teams delivering end-to-end design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and advocate design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive experience innovation on socially-driven and interaction-heavy features to boost adoption and engagement.
• Partner with PMs, researchers, and engineers to define problems and deliver user-centered design solutions from concept to execution.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes with evaluative research.
• Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape design vision.
• Lead design reviews and workshops to elevate design quality and align stakeholders.
