Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of complex digital products and user journeys. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable experiences, from research to high-fidelity UI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, HCI, CS, Digital Media or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX / Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Hands-on user research, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability and accessibility.
• Experience in Agile environments with product, BA, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, from research to prototyping and UI.
• Translate business goals and user needs into simple, scalable experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs and high-fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; apply insights to improve UX.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, engineers and stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops, ideation sessions and journey mapping activities.
• Support Agile delivery through design reviews and sprint discussions.
• Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design practice improvements.

Job Summary

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related discipline;
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Design / UI/UX / Interaction Design;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience;
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools;
• Hands-on experience in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and UI design;
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design;
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product, BA, and Engineering teams;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, or other front-end technologies;
• Experience with design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards;
• Experience mentoring junior designers;
• Experience designing complex digital products, enterprise systems, or operational workflows.
