Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a data analyst to collect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issues. You will design and maintain dashboards to support product, operations, and engineering teams.

You will monitor KPIs such as intent recognition rate, response time, and user satisfaction, and provide actionable insights. Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support decisions and improvements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with SQL, A/B testing and, prior project experience with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spirit.
• Passion or interest in chatbot products, AI technologies, or natural language processing is a plus.
