Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Business Analyst in Singapore to translate client needs into AI/ML use cases and frame business challenges. You will work with clients and senior teams to map workflows and identify opportunities for AI/ML initiatives.

You will analyze data sources, assess data readiness, and help define objectives, scope, and ROI. Collaboration with architecture teams and stakeholder engagement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of AI-related business analysis or data analysis experience.
• Foundational programming skills (Python, SQL) for data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI paradigms (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).
• Analytical mindset to translate business problems into technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics , Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a related field.


• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting, or a related fi eld (consulting background preferred).


• Programming & Technical Literacy: Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation, querying, and script-based data exploration.


• Applied AI/ML Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of modern AI paradigms—including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.


• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze unstructured business problems, identify root causes, and present clear solutions.


• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders without heavy jargon.


• Agile Methodology: Experience working in fast-paced, iterative build-and-test environments.
