ST Engineering seeks a Senior / Procurement Executive (Land Systems) to power fleet and GSE operations. You will optimize supply chains, engage with global OEMs, and drive digital-first procurement using AI tools in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

Based in Singapore, the role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics, with responsibilities spanning RFQ processes, supplier governance, and end-to-end purchasing cycles in SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in procurement or strategic sourcing; entry-level graduates welcome.
• Tech & AI fluency to analyze data, draft summaries and automate tasks.
• Commercial acumen with contracts, incoterms and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing, evaluate and secure high-quality MRO parts and services for fleets.
• Vendor and OEM engagement to ensure quality, pricing and on-time delivery.
• Lead RFQ and tender processes end-to-end with risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and digital workflows to improve spend visibility and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles within SAP S/4HANA with governance.

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvyProcurement Specialistto power our fleet and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations. In this role, you will do more than manage purchasing—you will optimize strategic supply chains, partner with global OEMs, and leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and drive high-impact decisions.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:Source, evaluate, and secure high-quality MRO parts, equipment, and specialized services for vehicle and ground support fleets.

• Vendor & OEM Engagement:Partner with global OEMs and authorized contractors to ensure rigorous quality standards, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery.

• Commercial Analysis:Lead RFQ and tender processes from end to end, conducting smart cost evaluations and commercial risk assessments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Team up with Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics squads to ensure all procured solutions are fit-for-purpose and operationally ready.

• Digital & Process Innovation:Harness AI tools and digital workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks, improve spend visibility, and elevate procurement efficiency.

• Systems & Governance:Drive end-to-end purchasing cycles within SAP S/4HANA while upholding audit-readiness and high governance standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience:1–2 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing (experience in automotive MRO is a strong plus;ambitious entry level graduatesare welcome to apply).

• Tech & AI Fluency:Practical hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, document summarizers, prompt engineering, chatbots) to analyze datasets, draft summaries, and automate routine tasks.

• Commercial Acumen:Familiarity with purchasing contracts, incoterms, cost structures, and SAP S/4HANA (or similar enterprise ERPs).

• Mindset:High initiative, analytical curiosity, and the confidence to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
