Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to enhance governance, drive sustainability initiatives, and lead digital transformation across the sourcing function.

The successful candidate will shape strategy, establish governance frameworks, and ensure risk management aligns with ESG goals. This role partners with stakeholders to assess risk, coordinate supplier audits, implement dashboards, and deliver improvements in compliance, performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Quality, or Sustainability.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools and DX.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Procurement Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and Supplier Sustainability; ESG exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement risk assessments and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and Supplier Sustainability, with advantageous exposure to ESG, RBA, and management systems.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies is preferred.
