Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform transactional process to complete the procurement requirement
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance to Procurement Process. Act as the main interface with Purchasing to the stakeholders for day to day issues
• Key player in undertaking and development of alternative buy process. Working closely with Supplier and Finance department on payment issues
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate functional processes and procedures are established aligning, where applicable, industry best practice/ standards and company policies
• Responsible for ensuring their own compliance to the company code of ethics. Work closely with Procurement Manager to achieve Procurement performance

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in any Engineering field, preferably in Mechatronics or EEE
• Minimum 2 year experienced in sourcing of Product or Services in MRO industries
• Strong in SAP purchasing transactions process, MS Excel and Data analysis
• Understanding in contract management and analytical skills for troubleshooting
• Strong team player, driven and results orientated
• Good stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
