Job summary

Alcon is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, validation, and handover at our Singapore site. You will drive capacity expansion, process capability, and lifecycle management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You'll serve as the site SME for aseptic manufacturing, support technology transfers, and mentor engineering teams while championing safety, quality, and continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering or science.
• Minimum 8 years end-to-end project management in process engineering in pharma/medical field.
• Experience troubleshooting process issues and end-to-end validation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for capacity expansion and process capability.
• Serve as site process engineering SME for aseptic manufacturing, filling, packaging, and inspection operations.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity and reliability.
• Mentor engineering talent and uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Utilities and Global Engineering teams.
