Job summary

GLAXO WELLCOME MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a senior engineer to lead the engineering and maintenance function for process equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations in line with cGMP, EHS, and GEP requirements. You will oversee equipment lifecycle from design review to validation and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on optimizing performance, minimizing downtime, supporting manufacturing, and delivering capital project objectives while maintaining

Qualifications

Degree in relevant engineering field with at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
Technical Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
Strong GMP and EHS awareness.
Lead complex issues investigations and troubleshooting.
Proven leadership in team management.
Bio/Pharm industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead operation, maintenance, and reliability of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Oversee CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and site modifications from planning through implementation.
Drive continuous improvement, deviation investigations, CAPA, and cost optimization.
