Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant materials science/engineering field.
• Research focus in semiconductor would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process development or related field.

Aufgaben

• Design, collect data, analyze and report on complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on challenging systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis with limited supervision.
• Generate internal and external documentation for products and reports.
• Interact with customers to resolve process engineering problems.
• Measure film properties and interpret data.
• Identify and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision.
• Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation.
