Job summary

CENTURY WATER SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to translate design concepts into execution-ready engineering packages for semiconductor water systems in Singapore.

You will lead hydraulics analyses, pump sizing, and mass balance calculations across UPW, reclaim, and wastewater units. You will review vendor submittals, coordinate across Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Automation teams, and contribute to pre-commissioning activities and handover

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with process design and execution for semiconductor or microelectronics water systems, including:

Responsibilities

• Translate preliminary pre-contract designs, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) into finalized, execution-ready process engineering packages.
• Perform detailed hydraulics, pump sizing, mass balances, chemical consumption calculations, and equipment line sizing across UPW, reclaim, and wastewater process units.
• Review and approve vendor technical submittals, equipment data sheets, instrument specifications, and component selections (e.g., pumps, resin vessels, RO/EDI skids, UV systems, ozone destructors).
• Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Automation teams to resolve technical interfaces and develop process control philosophy.
• Assist in pre-commissioning, chemical cleaning/sanitization, flushing, and media/resin loading sequences.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, process instabilities, and analytical anomalies during startup phases.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client representatives, owners' engineers, and managing contractors during the execution phase.
• Prepare comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, process testing protocols, commissioning procedures, and final validation documentation for handover.
