Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
• Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware for multiple products.
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and create process engineering specifications.
• Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide data interpretation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communicate and engage with customers to resolve a broad spectrum of process engineering issues with limited supervision.
• Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision.
