Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Process Engineering and APC optimization within oil & gas.
• Hands-on programming experience in APC applications and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross‑functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement APC, AI/ML, and other digitalization solutions for refinery and chemical units.
• Identify opportunities to improve process automation and optimization with APC engineers and stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders and support users in adoption of digital technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement safe and effective digital solutions.
• Develop and improve digital solutions to maximize functionality and business value.
• Build digital capabilities within the Process Technology Department through knowledge sharing.
• Manage projects and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
• Stay updated with digitalization and optimization technologies for continuous value creation.
• Advocate for digital enhancements to improve productivity and operations.
