Job summary

Celanese Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced Maintenance Specialist for process analyzers and gas monitors. You will install, calibrate, repair and modify systems serving safety, quality and efficiency goals across facilities. Strong documentation and vendor coordination are required.

Minimum 5 years in petrochemical analyzer maintenance with a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering; candidate must work well in teams and uphold ISO standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of petrochemical plant experience in process analyzer maintenance.
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work with team and follow ISO standards.
• Safety-conscious with attention to environmental and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, modify and perform preventive maintenance on process analyzers and portable analyzers.
• Calibrate analyzers, replace hardware and manage spare parts inventory.
• Improve sample systems by optimizing electronics, cooling, heating, filtering or separation.
• Provide emergency repair coverage and support for startup, holidays and weekends.
• Document records, loop files and calibration/inspection logs per ISO standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain warehouse spares.
