Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of petrochemical plant experience in process analyzer maintenance.
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent with on the job training in basic electrical/electronics/chemistry/test equipment usage.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance such as calibration of process analyzers, hardware replacement and spare parts support.
• Improve existing sample systems including optimizing electronic circuitry, cooling, heating, filtering or gas/liquid separation.
• Repair critical equipment on emergency basis, start-up coverage, inclement weather coverage, holiday, weekend and call out coverage and troubleshooting.
• Documentation (written and PC based) including loop files with schematics, sample drawings, maintenance logs and calibration records to ISO standards.
• Contact equipment and analyzer vendors to resolve operational problems and manage spare parts stock.
• Demonstrate effective communication and contribute to team development and safety culture.
