Responsibilities

• Define and own probe coverage and test flows from first silicon to HVM.
• Establish probe limits and guard-bands based on silicon data.
• Lead NPIs and technology ramp probe enablement.
• Collaborate with Design, DFT, DV, and Reliability teams across the lifecycle.
• Use data/AI insights to improve yield and test efficiency.
