Qualifications

• Experience or interest in silicon learning, device behavior, or DFT intent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own probe coverage intent and establish limits based on silicon characterization.
• Partner with Design and DFT teams during pre-silicon phases for effective staging.
• Drive wafer-level yield learning and provide feedback to close learning loops.
