Proven track record of success in wealth management with 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and tailor wealth management solutions.
Drive client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM) through collaboration with marketing and product teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; manage risks effectively.
Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions.
