PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Private Banker to grow a high-net-worth client base across Indonesia/ASEAN. You will leverage your network to acquire new clients and meet revenue and AUM targets.

You will advise clients on investments, structured products, FX, lending and wealth planning, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions. You’ll also support offshore cross-border needs with compliance to KYC/AML and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field.
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 are required
• 5-8+ years in private banking or wealth management with a proven Indonesia/ASEAN client book and AUM growth track record
• Good communication skill

Responsabilités

• Acquire new HNW/UHNW clients through your own network, business owners, intermediaries and referrals
• Meet targets for net new money, AUM and revenue
• Advise clients on investments, structured products, FX, lending and wealth planning, working closely with product and specialist teams
• Support Indonesian clients with offshore and cross-border banking needs, including succession and legacy planning
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, CRS/FATCA, suitability and local cross-border regulations
