Job summary

Infosys Consulting is a global consulting and transformation firm, seeking a Senior Principal to advance client value in APAC with regulatory and operating model changes. You will lead engagements, build diagnostics and roadmaps, and mentor teams across diverse client and Infosys groups.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive business transformation initiatives, and develop new offerings while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep Banking experience including digital banking and FinTech is highly regarded.
• Experience in Financial Crime & Risk Management.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and be seen as an Industry Thought Leader.
• Capabilities aligned to our C-level Advisory (Strategy and Architecture).
• IT Advisory experience: IT Strategy, Technology Plans and Frameworks.
• Experience aligning Architecture with Business visions and plans.
• Business improvement capability spanning business, information, processes, organisation and technology.
• Delivery and ideally business development experience in transformation.
• High energy, EQ and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and guide teams to success.
• Respects and handles diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements; collaborates to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects.
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business cases for technology-enabled transformations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to IP generation.
• Lead and grow the APAC practice; recruit, mentor and train staff.
• Drive value with Open Banking and regulatory change initiatives.
• Ensure successful outcomes within time, budget and quality targets.
