Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Manpower Strategies: Drive workforce planning, attraction, and development initiatives across power generation, renewable energy, transmission and distribution, smart grids, and more.
• Shape the Energy Workforce of Tomorrow: Oversee manpower projections, policies, and planning using data and insights to align with labour market trends.
• Identify Emerging Needs: Pinpoint critical talent gaps and new competencies from trends and technologies in the energy sector.
• Develop Industry Capabilities: Collaborate with industry players and IHLs to design and implement workforce strategies and programmes.
• Impact Policy and Strategy: Influence energy workforce planning and policies to support national energy goals.
