• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, category management, capital equipment, engineering, or semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven ability in leading complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and collaborator management skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational and geographical boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Category Leadership: Develop and implement global category strategies for assigned capital equipment suppliers and technologies.
• Commercial Excellence: Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, capacity commitments, efficiency improvements, and technology development agreements.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers and drive performance improvements.
• AI-Enabled Procurement & Digital Transformation: Apply AI-enabled tools, predictive analytics, and automation to boost sourcing efficiency and decision quality.
