The Energy Connections Office (ECO) within the Public Service Division invites you to join the Projects & Partnerships branch to help facilitate the import of electricity into Singapore, contributing to energy security and sustainability.

Your role includes negotiating with companies, evaluating proposals, enabling timely delivery of projects, and engaging overseas government bodies to secure G2G support for cross‑border trading; travel overseas frequently is expected.

Qualifications

• Interest in energy transition and public service.
• Willingness to navigate ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and speak up with new solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Prepared to travel overseas for work frequently.
