Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Sr Principal for Smart Manufacturing & AI to lead AI-driven cost transformation across procurement and manufacturing. You will build a team of I4.0 leaders and data scientists, designing and implementing AI-enabled cost solutions for opportunity identification and value capture.

You will establish a portfolio of AI use cases, driving savings with rigorous measurement and executive reporting, and partner with business leaders to scale AI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing or related areas.
• Hands-on delivery of cost transformation with quantified savings.
• Experience in communicating to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled cost reduction initiatives across procurement and manufacturing.
• Build and deploy live portfolio of AI use cases for savings and value capture.
• Drive cost transformation programs with measurable, executive-reported results.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement and operations for alignment.
• Develop and scale AI and Generative AI workflows in cost and procurement.
