JOB CHOICES SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Engineer in Singapore Changi Area to oversee and coordinate high-precision engineering programs from order entry through site commissioning and customer sign-off.

You will bridge clients, project leadership, and production cells, delivering deep technical direction for CNC machining and assembly, managing budgets, schedules, and quality plans to ensure flawless, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in program, project, or manufacturing engineering within a precision engineering environment.
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated project management experience handling multi-disciplinary teams within precision machining or equipment manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and project scheduling platforms (MS Project) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control complex precision engineering projects from order receipt to final site installation and completion.
• Develop baselines, work breakdown structures, schedules and budgets to ensure timelines and costs are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (NPI, machining, assembly, quality) to eliminate bottlenecks and meet delivery commitments.
• Provide technical direction for CNC machining, metrology, and system integration while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100.
