Job summary

SLKS & YOUNG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Precast Coordination Engineer to join our team. The position will be stationed at our precast manufacturing yard in Johor Bahru, coordinating technical requirements, production planning and progress across multiple projects.

You will work closely with consultants, clients and project teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery, overseeing yard operations and resolving production issues with a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in precast coordination for high-rise projects.
• Willing to be stationed at JB precast yard; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate precast shop drawings and technical details.
• Plan and coordinate precast production schedules based on project timelines.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and project teams on technical requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings and follow up on production matters.
• Oversee precast yard progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site teams to align production and delivery schedules.
• Resolve production-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage multiple projects and related duties as assigned.
