Job summary
SH Design & Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Precast Engineer to manage precast planning, production, delivery, and installation at the construction site.
The role requires a degree in civil engineering and relevant experience with precast in HDB projects, along with coordinating design submissions, shop drawings, and inspections to ensure quality and on-time progress. You will monitor crane operations, review tolerances, prepare method statements, and liaise with site teams to resolve interfaces
Qualifications
- Experience as Precast Engineer on HDB construction projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate precast design and shop drawing submissions.
- Review precast element details and connections.
- Plan casting schedules with precast suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery sequence with site construction programme.
- Monitor installation works and crane operations.
- Ensure precast tolerances comply with specifications.
- Resolve installation and interface issues.
- Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor progress and productivity of precast erection.
- Prepare technical reports and method statements.
