Qualifications

• Experience in surgical listing, coordination of elective surgical cases and peri-anaesthesia care.
• Regional anaesthesia and general anaesthesia (GA) experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and systematic pre-operative assessments for patients undergoing procedures requiring anaesthesia.
• Review and evaluate patients' medical history, medication profiles, allergies, and investigation results.
• Identify and assess perioperative risks, escalating concerns appropriately when necessary.
• Provide pre-operative education, counselling, and support to patients and their families.
• Interpret 12-lead ECG findings and escalate if abnormalities are found.
