Job summary

JUO PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Studio Project Coordinator to oversee timeline coordination, budgeting, and client communications for post-production projects in Singapore.

You will collaborate with editors, QA teams, and department managers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong AV tool knowledge (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Logic), and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience coordinating timelines with editing and finishing teams.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Familiarity with AV tools used in post-production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery timelines with internal editing and finishing teams.
• Manage project budgets and client communications on scope changes and costs.
• Secure talent and bandwidth from departments for upcoming projects.
• Act as client touchpoint and translate feedback into actionable edits.
• Explore new tools or hardware to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strong organisational practices and use spreadsheets effectively.
• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
